Upholding the concept of openness, inclusiveness, erudition and specialty, AR-ARC actively improves the comprehensive quality of graduate students and undergraduates. AR-ARC provides international research opportunity, joint-master and joint-PhD program for outstanding students, and provides them with opportunities to enter enterprises for internship and employment. AR-ARC has received student grants from Artemia Division of China Aquatic Products Processing & Marketing Association for three years to reward outstanding students.

Through cooperating with National Maritime Museum, AR-ARC makes effort to become a popular science base for primary and secondary school students to learn about Artemia and marine organisms.
